A healthcare compliance attorney or former OCR/OSHA investigator who can author and maintain the regulatory knowledge graph. Part-time initially. This is the product moat — not the code.

Distribution unlockable

Association relationship holder

Someone with an existing relationship at AADOM, AGD, or any major dental/specialty association. This relationship is existential for the financial model — CAC via associations is $600 vs. $1,200+ via paid search.

Not looking for:

A clinical/practice operator without SaaS experience. A pure capital provider without domain connections. A generalist engineer — this is a regulatory content problem, not a technical one.
